Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotes and services provided by Cherry Roof Treatments ("Cherry", "we", "us").

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us and, where applicable, a site visit. If the roof differs materially on the day, we will discuss any change with you before starting work.

Results

Our soft wash treatment works gradually. Visible results typically appear over 3 to 18 months depending on growth and weather. Results can vary between roofs.

Access & safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to keep pets and people clear of the work area during application.

Weather

We may reschedule if weather conditions are unsuitable for application, at no cost to you.

Liability

We are fully insured. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
